Please note prior to booking;

  • Pihopa Retreat is a smoke free destination.
  • For those booking after the 9th of July, for stays from the 1st of September onwards:
    • Included in all of our rates are cooked or continental breakfast, afternoon tea, and pre-dinner drinks & canapés.
    • Being so close to Nelson, and with our complimentary chauffeur service to/from downtown for evening meals, Pihopa Retreat is the perfect place to enjoy the wonderful local dining scene. Our team will help with restaurant recommendations and reservations. However, if you feel like an evening in, a light cold meal can be arranged for you.
  • We do not allow pets in the room, to ensure they are pet free for those that suffer allergies, or on the property, due to our own animals.
  • Our rooms are designed for two people, if you are travelling as a family then we do have interconnecting suites available;
    • The Eaton & Hobhouse Suite are interconnecting
    • The Hilliard & Sadlier Suite are interconnecting
  • A Trundler bed for a child (under 12 years),  can be accommodated in the following rooms at no additional charge;
      • The Hilliard Suite
      • The Eaton Suite
      • The Hobhouse Suite
