Rainbow is a fantastic ski area set in a stunning location adjacent to Nelson Lakes National Park and only 1 hour and 30 minutes from Pihopa Retreat in Nelson.
Run and maintained by the Rainbow Sports Club, you don’t need to be a member to ski here, everyone is welcome. With this accommodation package you can enjoy a fantastic day on the slopes being well looked after before heading back to your luxury accommodation to rest and recover.
The wide uncrowded slopes and well groomed trails provide superb terrain for beginners and intermediates while advanced skiers can challenge themselves in the high powder runs and chutes. Snowboarders love the varied terrain, jumps, bumps and drops. A terrain park has been developed, offering more thrills & spills for adventurous boarders and skiers.
